Tiella and adjustable suspension.

Let me start with the most important item: adjustable suspension is not a gimmick. It really works.

We put this to the test during a two-up weekend ride down the coast, from the dunes of Arrakis Sabaudia all the way to Gaeta and back. At the beginning of the trip I noticed that, while handling was fine overall, the rear shock absorbers just weren't able to do their job on some road surface imperfections, cracks and potholes.

Adjusting the spring preload and the compression setting helped make the ride much more firm (still comfortable) and predictable, with a stronger response across the same type of road imperfections. So, adjustable suspension really does make a big difference and it was a major upgrade that the factory bestowed upon the Sportster in the 1200S as opposed to all other variants in the Sportster range.

Above: notice the new battery? No, because I put a nice shiny cover on it and it's much better this way. You'll also note a tank bag, something I'm not usually fond of but in this case it was the most practical way to carry a very small amount of luggage for the weekend.
Stunning views, hidden gems, ancient history right there at your fingertips and all made possible by the Sportster:
You will likely work up an appetite riding around and exploring all there is to see, so stop for a quick bite and get some delicious teilla, plenty of fillings to choose from!
